Refund Policy

  1. Digital Courses (Video / Interactive)

    • Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if the content is unsatisfactory.

    • To request a refund, email andrerpel@gmail.com with your order details and a brief explanation.

    • Refunds will be made to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

  2. Written Digital Courses

    • Written products (e-books, guides, tutorials) are non-refundable after delivery or access has been granted.

  3. Physical Prints, Books & Zines

    • Eligible for a full refund within 30 days of delivery, provided the items are returned in their original, unused condition.

    • Return shipping is your responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

    • After we inspect the returned items, we will process the refund to your original payment method.

  4. Merchandise (clothing, t-shirts, hoodies)

    • Returns/refunds for merchandise is currently not available at this time.

  5. Exceptions & Limitations

    • We may refuse a refund if an item is visibly used, damaged, or not in its original packaging.

    • Custom or personalized items are non-refundable unless defective.

    • Refund requests made outside the 14-day (digital courses) or 30-day (physical items) windows may not be honored.

  6. Processing Time

    • Once approved, refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect, depending on your payment provider.

We reserve the right to update or revise these Terms of Service at our discretion. Any changes will be posted on this page. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
